We say goodbye to the year with an update full of news. The new version is already available for both Android and iOS platforms.
News
- Send GIFs. Now you can send Gifs to express what you want in a graphic and fun way. With our search engine you can put any word and you will see several animated gifs ready to be sent.
- Send Videos. You can now send videos with the application. You can select them from your device or record them at the same time
- Posts. We have created the new content type Post, which integrates a title, an image and the content into a single content. Learn to use the posts in our help. Use them to share news, annoucements, publications and other content that you want to stand out from the rest.
- Reactions to Posts. Users can react to the posts that are published. We have four reactions: I like it, it saddens me, I start laughing and I don’t like it.
- Send voice memo. You can send a recorded audio note directly from your device. If you do not have time to write or what you have to tell, it is easier to tell it in a loud voice, this is your best option.
- Mark attention groups as Pending. Now in the attention groups you can mark the groups as pending. This way you can have more control over the issues that you have pending to resolve with your users.
- Message context menu. We have improved the context menu when you select a message, it is now easier to use and with more options than before.
